🌟 First of the Month Energy Reset Routine

Welcome the new month with clarity, presence & intention.

🌿 1. Ground & Cleanse (Body + Energy)

Clear out the old, call in the new.

  • Light sage, palo santo, or incense — sweep from head to toe.
  • Stand barefoot on the earth or floor and say:
    “I am grounded. I am here. I release what no longer serves.”
  • Optional: Take a salt bath or cold shower to reset your aura.


💛 2. Gratitude Drop-In

Anchor into abundance.

  • Write down 3 things you’re truly grateful for from the last month.

  • Reflect on what they taught you or how they made you feel.

✨ Bonus: Speak them aloud — gratitude is louder when voiced.


🎯 3. Set Intentions & Goals

Decide what you’re calling in.

  • Ask: “What energy do I want to embody this month?”

  • Write down 1–3 aligned goals or affirmations.

  • Visualize how it will feel when they manifest. Let it fill your body.

Example:


🌸 “I show up confidently in my truth.”

💸 “Aligned opportunities flow to me easily.


🔮 4. Pull a card ( Tarot or Oracle ) Let Spirit speak.

  • Ask: “What message do I need for this month?”

  • Journal on the card’s meaning and how it applies to your path.

🕯️5. Close with a mini Ritual.
Light a candle, sip your tea or cacao, and say:

“I welcome the magic of this month.

I am ready. I am aligned. I am open.”
